摘　　要：隐性知识共享研究受到学界的广泛关注,然而以往研究中忽视了对非营利组织尤其是高校的隐性知识共享行为的深入研究,本文通过长期观察高校研究生非正式团体内部普遍存在的隐性知识共享现象,进行扎根理论分析,得出关键影响因素,并在此基础上提出了研究生隐性知识共享运行机制模型。Previous studies on tacit knowledge sharing ignored the behavior of tacit knowledge sharing in Non-profit organizations, especially in universities. In this study, through long-term observation on the common phenomenon of tacit knowledge sharing in informal groups of graduated students, based on Grounded Theory, the author analyzed the main influenced factors and proposed the operating mechanism model of the tacit knowledge sharing among graduated students.
