摘 要:为将两个单功能产品集成为一个多功能产品,研究了一种基于矩阵的概念方案求解方法。将产品的总功能分解至元功能,元功能用功能基表示,并分为基础功能、应用功能、附加功能三类;分析了产品功能模型,量化了功能相似性,构建了输入流相似矩阵、输出流相似矩阵和功能相似矩阵,定义了矩阵运算规则和过滤规则,从而计算并简化了功能相似总矩阵;构建了功能—元件矩阵,然后使之与功能相似总矩阵计算,得出两个单功能产品的元件关联矩阵;分析了关联矩阵中的元件关系,通过丢弃、保留或修改部分元件,获得了多功能新产品的设计方案。分析了便携式吸尘器和剃须刀的功能相似性和元件关联性,通过所提出的方法获得了一种新型剃须刀的概念方案,验证了该方法的有效性。To integrate two singlefunction prouuct lmu ;generation approach was proposed. The overall function of a product was decomposed into metafunctions, and themetafunctions were represented by the functional basis and divided into three classes of primary function, application function and auxiliary function. The function similarity matrixes were constructed and the filter rules as well asthe calculation rules were defined. The total function similarity matrix of two singlefunction products was acquiredby their inputflow similarity matrix, function similarity matrix and output flow similarity matrix, and it was simplified according to the filter rules. The componentcomponent matrix of the two products was acquired by the calculation of the functioncomponent matrices and their total function similarity matrix. The component correlation relationships were analyzed and the components were respectively removed, modified and reserved according to the correlation index. Consequently, the design solution of a new multifunction product could be obtained. As an example, a new shaver's conceptual solution was acquired under the help of provided approach by analyzing the functions of ashaver and a portable cleaner.
