摘 要:在配送中心数量已知的假设下,分别考虑顾客满意度最大和运输成本最低两个目标,对B2C模式下城市配送物流网络中的末端节点选址数量、配送中心和末端节点的选址位置问题进行研究,建立了两阶段布局优化模型。第一阶段,通过中心偏移二次聚类算法求解末端节点的数量和位置;第二阶段,通过基于最小生成树的聚类算法和非线性规划模型实现配送中心的选址。通过算例验证了该模型的有效性,在电子商务企业构建B2C模式下的城市配送物流网络时,可为配送中心和末端节点的布局规划提供一个较好的方案。Under the assumptions that the number of distribution was determined, the issue how to determine thenumber of terminal nodes, the location of distribution centers and terminal nodes in city distribution logistics network under B2C mode was studied by considering the customer satisfaction level and the operational cost separately,and a two-stage layout optimization model was established. The terminal nodes' number and location were determined by the deviate center secondary clustering algorithm in first stage; the distributions' location was determinedby the clustering algorithm based the minimum spanning tree and the nonlinear programming model in second stage.The numerical example was used to show the validation of the model, and the results provided important insight oflayout planning on distribution centers and terminal nodes when c-commerce companies to build city distribution logistics network under B2C mode.
