摘  要:为了提高张力控制精度,设计了一种冷连轧机架间张力模糊控制器。控制器根据机架间张力偏差、下游机架单位宽度轧制力、出口机架速度和上游机架速度修正值,按照所建的模糊控制规则库,调整下游机架辊缝修正量和上下游机架速度修正量,从而实现机架间带钢张力控制功能。控制器在冷连轧生产线成功应用后,机架间张力控制稳定、精确,响应速度快,相对于经典的PID控制,减少了由安全因素而引起的人工干预调整,完全满足生产需要。In order to increase the control accuracy, a fuzzy controller for the inter-stand tension control in cold tandem rolling mill is designsed. According to the error of inter-stand tension, the unit width rolling force of downstream stand, the mill exit speed and the speed correction of upstream stand, based on the fuzzy control rule base, this controller adjusts the gap correction of downstream stand and the speed corrections of upstream and downstream stands to control the inter-stand tension. After the controller is applied successfully in the cold tandem rolling mill, the steady, accurate and fast response performance of tension control is achieved, and the operator actions that are required as a safety measure are decreased compared with the classical PID tension control system. So the controller totally meets the production requirement.
