摘　　要：目的:观察头颈部鳞癌组织中锌指转录因子TWIST及Survivin的表达,并分析其相关性,探索它们在头颈部鳞癌中表达的意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测62例头颈鳞癌(20例正常软腭黏膜组织作为正常对照组)组织中的TWIST和Survivin的表达情况。结果:TWIST在头颈部鳞癌中的表达率为69.35%,显著高于正常对照组,Survivin在头颈部鳞癌中的表达率为79.03%,显著高于正常对照组,且TWIST的表达均随鳞癌的病理分化程度降低而升高,并在有淋巴结转移组中显著高于无淋巴结转移组,和年龄、性别无关;而Survivin的表达在有淋巴结转移组中显著高于无淋巴结转移组,和年龄、性别以及病理分化程度无关。未见头颈鳞癌组织中Survivin与TWIST的表达程度有相关性。结论:TWIST和Survivin高表达与头颈鳞癌的发生发展有关,但两者之间不一定存在相关性。Objective To explore the expressions of TWIST and survivin in head and neck squmaous cell carcinoma （HNSCC） and their associations with clinicopathological features. Methods Expressions of TWIST and survivin in 62 patients with HNSCC and 20 specimens of normal soft palate mucosa were assessed by immunocytochemistry. The relationship between the expressions of TWIST and survivin in HNSCC and the clinicopathologic features were analyzed. Results The positive ~＇ates of TWIST （69.35%） and survivin （79.03%） were significantly higher in HNSCC than in normal soft palate tissues. The expression of TWIST was positively correlated with both pathological differentiation and lymphnode metastasis, but not with age and sex; and the survivin expression was only related with lymphnode metastasis. The expression of TWIST was not associated with that of survivin in HNSCC. Conclusions Higher expressions of TWIST and survivin are related with pathogenesis and development of HNSCC; however, TWIST expression is not necessarily associated with expression of survivin.
