摘  要:目的:研究叶酸受体在人鼻咽癌组织中的表达情况,了解其与肿瘤临床和病理特征间的关系,为进一步研发叶酸受体靶向头颈部肿瘤药物载体奠定基础。方法:分别通过免疫组织化学SP法和RT-PCR法检测鼻咽癌组织中的叶酸受体(FRα)和FRαm RNA的表达情况,结合临床参数进行分析。结果:鼻咽癌组织中FRα水平和FRαm RNA水平均高度表达。结论:叶酸受体表达与鼻咽癌的发生、发展有重要关系。叶酸受体可作为鼻咽癌靶向治疗的分子靶点,并为鼻咽癌的早期诊断及靶向治疗提供重要依据。Objective To investigate the expression of folate receptor in human's nasopharynx cancer tissue, and understand its relation with clinical tumor and pathological feature, thus making a foundation for further researches and develop drugs that targeting folate receptor to treat head and neck tumor. Methods Using SP method of immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR to detect expression status of folate receptor and FRet mRNA in nasopharynx cancer tissue respectively, conducting analysis by combining with clinic parameters. Results Both immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR method confirmed that FRet was highly expressed in nasopharynx cancer. Conclusions The expression of FRet has important relationship with the happening and development of nasopharynx cancer and can be taken as the molecular target. Also provides important experiment basis for the early diagnosis of nasopharynx cancer and the targeting treatment.
