摘 要:以巡飞攻击导弹红外成像导引头为研究对象,综合考虑冲击、振动两种主要的力学环境,以减振器静弹性模量为变量,根据冲击、振动环境设计要求确定约束条件,结合弹体提供给导引头的空间尺寸,设计适合本导引头的橡胶减振器。利用ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件,通过计算导引头在带减振情况下的固有频率及探测器加速度响应的均方根值,对减振器进行减振效果分析,并根据计算结果对减振器参数进行调整。设计出了一种既具有缓冲效果又具有隔振效果的橡胶减振器,使导引头能满足弹体的动力学环境要求,为今后类似结构的缓冲、减振设计提供借鉴。Based on the loitering attack missile imaging infrared seeker, a type of rubber vibration absorber for the seeker was designed, in which impact, vibration and space size provided to the seeker by the missile were considered. The design variable is elastic modulus of the vibration absorber. Analysis of vibration damping effect of the seeker with vibration absorber was carried out with ANSYS Workbench finite element software, from which natural frequency of the seeker and acceleration response of the infrared detector were obtained. Parameters of the vibration absorber were adjusted according to the result of calculation. Rubber vibration absorber with not only impact buffering effect but also vibration damping effect was designed in the paper, so the paper can afford help to similar designs.
