新课标背景下中学体操教学内容优化研究

摘　　要：通过采用文献法、调查法等研究方法,对现阶段中学体操课程发展的现状进行研究,包括中学体育教师对新课标的认知情况、体操课程开展的课时数、中学体操教学内容的选择情况和教师、学生喜欢的体操类项目的情况进行调查和分析。指出了中学体操教学内容改革和开发的思路和中学体操教学内容改革和开发的原则和策略。By using literature method, survey method and other research methods, the paper research the status of the develop- ment of gymnastics course at the present stage, including the development of secondary school physical education teachers on new curriculum knowledge, gymnastics curriculum class hours, gymnastics teaching content selection and teachers, students love the investigation and analysis of gymnastics class project situation,form new ideas about school gymnastics teaching con- tent reform and development, and put forward principles and strategies. Finally it provides theoretical support for the imple- mentation of middle school physical education and health curriculum standards.
