摘  要:为扭转目前医疗纠纷管理不当引发的局面失控,在分析医疗纠纷管理现状的基础上,以北京积水潭医院医患关系协调办公室10年成功经验为导引,提出医患关系管理专业化的解决方案,并将建立一站式医患关系管理部门、设立医患关系管理人员专业认证制度和医患关系全面信息化管理作为实现专业化管理的重要体现。To change the out of control situation resulted from improper medical dispute management, based on the analysis of status quo of medical dispute management and reference on 10 years experiences of medical dispute handling in Beijing Jishuitan Hospital, hospital and patient relationship professional management guideline is proposed. The important countermeasures such as establishing one step hospital and patient relationship management department, setting up professional accreditation system for hospital patient relationship handling staff and full information management are also mentioned.
