降纤酶对脑梗死患者血流动力学的影响

摘　　要：目的评价降纤酶对脑梗死的疗效。方法对2012-2013年我科脑梗死31例患者降纤酶治疗前后的脑血管血流动力学指标及其积分值的变化进行分析比较。结果治疗15 d后,左右两侧颈动脉最小血流速度分别上升30.90%和30.50%（P〈0.01）,治疗前后颈动脉血流动力学积分值分别为（29.45±24.45）和（55.59±31.84）分,治疗后上升了88.76%,其他指标也有不同程度改善。结论降纤酶可明显改善脑梗死患者血流动力学指标,增加脑血流量。Objective To evaluate the curative effects of defibrase on cerebral infarction. Methods Total 31 patients who were suffered from cerebral infarction and received treatment in our department from 2012 to 2013 were sampled for the analysis. The indexes of brain blood vessel hemodynamics before and after the treatment with defibrase and the changes of integral value of the indexes were used for analysis and comparison. Results 15 days after the treatment,the minimum blood flow velocities of carotid artery of both left and right sides increased by 30. 90% and 30. 50%,respectively（ P〈 0. 01）. The integral values of carotid artery hemodynamics before and after the treatment were（ 29. 45 ± 24. 45） and（ 55. 59 ± 31. 84）,respectively. The integral value after the treatment increased by 88. 76%,and other indexes were also improved at different levels. Conclusion Defibrase can significantly improve the hemodynamics index of cerebral infarction patient and promote the cerebral blood flow.
