摘　　要：在建设小康社会发展进程中,提高青少年健康水平已成为当代社会迫切需要解决的重大课题。课题组在比较2005年与2010年青少年体质健康现状的基础上,分析了影响我国青少年健康问题的主要原因,提出了健康促进的战略措施,以期增强青少年体质,增进青少年健康,并加快实现全民健康、社会和谐的小康梦。In the process of building a well-off society,improving the level of adolescent health has become the major issue at present. On the basis of comparing with 2005 and 2010 adolescent＇s physical health status, the author analyzed the main reason for the influence adolescent health problem in our country, proposed the strategic measures of health promotion： looking forward to improve youth physical fitness and promote adolescent health, and to accelerate achievement the well-off dream of universal health, social harmony.
