胃癌组织中Ezrin表达与Bcl-2/Bax关系及其预后

摘　　要：目的探讨埃兹(Ezrin)蛋白、Bcl-2/Bax在胃癌组织中的表达情况,并分析Ezrin与临床病理特征及预后的关系。方法选择2006年10月—2009年10月收治的胃癌患者的癌组织石蜡标本52例,其中36例有癌旁组织标本。对标本进行免疫组化染色,检测Ezrin、Bcl-2、Bax的表达情况,分析Ezrin与临床病理特征的关系。结果胃癌组织中Ezrin、Bcl-2表达均较癌旁组织增强(P<0.05),Bax在胃癌和癌旁组织中表达无明显差异(P>0.05);胃癌组织中Ezrin与Bcl-2表达存在正相关关系,Bcl-2与Bax表达存在负相关关系(P<0.05);Ezrin与Bax表达无明显相关关系(P>0.05)。Ezrin表达与肿瘤浸润深度、临床分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05);Ezrin表达阳性患者的预后较差。结论 Ezrin蛋白在胃癌组织中表达增高,该蛋白与临床病理特征有关,且可以作为预后判断指标;Ezrin蛋白在胃癌中的作用可能与调节Bcl-2有关。Objective To investigate expressions of Ezrin and Bcl-2 /Bax in gastric carcinoma tissues and to analyze the relationship between Ezrin and clinicopathological characteristics and its prognosis. Methods A total of 52 paraffin samples from cancer tissues of inpatients with gastric carcinoma during 2006 October and 2009 October were selected,which included 36 cases of adjacent cancerous tissues. Immunohistochemical staining was performed to detect the expressions of Ezrin,Bcl-2 and Bax,And the relationship between Ezrin and clinicopathological characteristics were also analyzed. Results Expressions of Ezrin and Bcl-2 were stronger in gastric carcinoma tissues than those in adjacent cancerous tissues（ P〈0. 05）,and there was no significant difference in Bax expression between gastric carcinoma tissues and adjacent cancerous tissues（ P〈0. 05）; there was a positive relationship between Ezrin and Bcl-2 expressions in gastric carcinoma tissues,and a negative relationship was found between Bcl-2 and Bax expressions（ P〈0. 05）; there was no significant relationship between Ezrin and Bax expressions（ P〉0. 05）. Ezrin expression was related to tumor infiltrating depth,clinical stages and lymph node metastasis（ P〈0. 05）; the patients with positive expression of Ezrin had poor prognosis. Conclusion Relationship exists between overexpression of Ezrin and some clinicopathological characteristics of gastric cancer,and Ezrin may be used as a judgement index for prognosis. Ezrin may affect gastric cancer by regulating Bcl-2 expression.
