摘 要:为提高褐环粘盖牛肝菌发酵产多糖的能力,通过单因素试验和正交试验对褐环粘盖牛肝菌的培养基组成和发酵条件进行了优化。结果表明,最佳发酵培养基为:10.0%马铃薯、3.0%葡萄糖、0.5%牛肉膏、0.3%KH2PO4、0.2%Ca CO3、0.1%Zn SO4·7H2O;最适发酵条件为:初始p H值5.6,250 m L三角瓶装100 m L培养液,温度25~28℃,摇瓶培养9 d10在该工艺下,褐环粘盖牛肝菌多糖的产量达62.10 mg/g。In order to improve the yield of polysaccharides from Suillus luteus Gray, the medium composition and fermentation conditions of S. luteus Gray were optimized by single factor test and orthogonal test in this study. The results showed that the optimal fermentation medium consisted of 10% potato, 3% lactose, 0.5% beef extract, 0.3% KH2PO4, 0.1%Ca CO3, 0.1% Zn SO4·7H2O and 0.2% Mg SO4·7H2O. As the optimal fermentation conditions were as follow: p H 5.6, medium loading volume 100 m L/250 m L, fermentation temperature 25-58℃ and a 9 d incubation period. Under these conditions,production of the polysaccharides could reach a peak of 62.10 mg/g.
