摘　　要：供应链成本管理成为企业提高竞争力的重要手段,是一个带有战略性、全局性的重大课题。本文探讨供应链成本管理在我国企业应用中存在的问题,并提出相应的政策建议,进而在一定程度上为供应链成本管理提供参考依据。Supply chain cost management has become an important means to improve the competitiveness of enterprises and a major strategic and overall issue. This paper discusses the problems in the application of supply chain cost management in China＇s enterprise and proposes appropriate policy recommendations, to provide reference for the supply chain cost management to some extent.
