摘　　要：随着我国社会水平的提升,经济发展步伐的推进,信息化水平的高速发展,我国的高等教育建设也在这个过程中得到了较大程度的发展。其中,后勤管理工作也在当前的新形势下进行更大的改革,也是高校建设发展改革中极为重要的一环,直接影响到高校人才培养的水平和质量,高校的持续发展与稳定也受到直接的影响,因此必需引起足够的重视,也是高校后勤管理工作特别需要思考的问题。在本文中,将就新形势下高校后勤管理工作存在的问题和对策进行一定的分析与探讨。With the upgrading of the level of society, the promotion of economic development pace and the rapid development of informatization level, China＇s higher education construction also has a greater degree of development in this process. And the logistics management should also be reformed in the new situation, which is an extremely important link of the development and reform of university and directly affects the level and quality of university personnel training and the sustainable development and stability of universities.Therefore the people should pay enough attention to it, and the university should especially think about the logistics management. In this article, problems and countermeasures of the university logistics management under the new situation are analyzed and discussed.
