摘　　要：住房反向抵押贷款业务作为一种新型的住房金融业任务,有效地缓解了我国居民的购房压力,它具有很强的针对性和实践性。本文主要研究了住房反向抵押贷款运作模式的构建。As a new type of housing finance task, reverse mortgage effectively relieves the housing pressure of the inhabitants in China,and it is highly pertinent and practical. This paper focuses on the construction of the operation mode of housing reverse mortgage loan.
