摘 要:目的研究不同表面预处理的高强玻璃纤维对纤维增强光固化树脂复合材料(FRC)桩的力学性能的影响。方法将玻璃纤维分为4组分别进行以下表面处理:不预处理、450℃高温处理、450℃高温+10%HCl蚀刻1 h、450℃高温+10%HCl蚀刻3 h,然后将4组纤维经过硅烷偶联剂(KH570)处理后按相同体积比浸入自行配制的光固化树脂基质中,用压挤法制成纤维增强树脂基桩。测试试样的弯曲模量、弯曲强度、弯曲载荷,扫描电子显微镜观察FRC截面和断裂面的形态。结果不同表面预处理后的玻璃纤维对FRC桩的力学性能有显著差异,其中450℃+KH570组制成的FRC桩性能最佳,弯曲模量、弯曲强度、弯曲载荷分别为(37.70±1.46)GPa、(737.00±25.51)MPa、(196.53±6.80)N,与其余组有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论 450℃高温+KH570处理玻璃纤维对FRC桩的增韧效果最佳。Objective To study the effect of different surface pretreatments to high-strength glass fibers on the mechanical proper- ties of glass fiber reinforced resin composite posts. Methods Glass fibers were divided into 4 groups for different surface treatments : no surface pretreatment; 450 ℃ calcination; etching with 10% HC1 for 1 h after 450 % calcination; etching with 10% HC1 for 3 h af- ter 450 ℃ calcination. All groups of glass fibers were immersed in KH570 solution before they were mixed into resin matrix,and then they were light -cured within a special mold to prepare the FRC posts. The flexure modulus,flexure strength and fracture load of FRC specimens were measured by universal mechanical testing machine. Statistical analysis was carried out with one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and the SNK tests( α = 0.05 ). After three-point flexural bending test, the cross-section surface of FRC and the fracture sur- face of FRC were observed by a field emission scanning electron microscope( SEM). Results Different surface pretreatments of glass fibers affect the mechanical properties of FRC posts. FRC posts composed of glass fibers that were treated by 450 ℃ calcination and si- lanization presented the best overall performance,with flexure modulus(37.70±1.46) GPa; flexure strength(737.00±25.51 ) MPa; flexure load( 196.53 ± 6.80) N,which showed significant differences compared with other groups(P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions Glass fi- bers treated by 450 ℃ calcination and silanization could significantly improve the properties of FRC specimens.
