摘  要:目的观察半贵金属铸造桩核和玻璃纤维主辅桩树脂核两种方法修复漏斗状的残根残冠的临床疗效。方法选取2012年5月—2013年5月期间共68颗完善根管治疗的漏斗状残根残冠,其中32颗用半贵金属铸造桩核修复,36颗用纤维主辅桩树脂核修复,冠部均为烤瓷冠修复,随访1~2年,比较临床效果。结果半贵金属铸造桩核组存留率87.5%,纤维主辅桩树脂核组存留率100%,两组存留率差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论纤维主辅桩树脂核修复漏斗状的残根残冠的临床效果好于半贵金属铸造桩核,推荐使用。Purpose To Compare the clinical effect of two methods of repairing the oval-shaped roots, semi-precious metal cast post core restoration and fiber post combined with accessory post resin core restoration. Methods Choosing 68 oval-shaped root cases in clinic in the period from May 2012 to May 2013, 32 of them were repaired by semi-precious metal cast post core, and the rest were re- paired by fiber post combined with accessory post resin core,and then to compare the clinical effect in the next one and two years. Re- suits The clinical survival rate of semi-precious metal cast post core was 87.5% ,and that of fiber post combined with accessory post resin core was 100%. The clinical effect of two methods was different( P 〈 0.05). Conclusions The clinical effect of repairing oval- shaped roots by fiber post combined with accessory post resin core is better than by semi-precious metal cast post core.
