摘　　要：胰腺类癌是一类起源于前肠的低度恶性神经内分泌肿瘤,具有分泌5-羟色胺及5-羟色氨酸等激素的功能,该病极为少见,本文就1例胰腺类癌患者的诊治进行临床分析,供临床医生参考。Pancreatic carcinoid is a kind of low-grade neuroendocrine tumor originated in the foregut, secreting serotonin, 5-hydroxy tryptophan （5-HT） and other hormones, the disease is extremely rare. In this paper, one case of diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic carcinoid patients was reported.
