摘 要:由生物体内源性生物钟所产生的昼夜节律是近年来研究的热点问题。哺乳动物中的昼夜节律系统由位于下丘脑的视交叉上核(SNC)核内的主钟和位于外周组织的子钟组成。生物钟基因及其编码的蛋白质组成反馈回路,维持振荡系统持续进行并与环境周期保持同步,使机体能够达到最理想的能量利用和再生。事实上几乎人类的所有生理活动都要遵循昼夜节律。然而,现代生活方式的改变使得昼夜节律被打乱,这种昼夜节律的功能障碍,被认为是造成许多临床症状包括睡眠障碍、代谢综合征、感染、消化性溃疡、炎症性肠病、肠易激综合征等胃肠道疾病,甚至癌症发生的一个重要促进因素。本文就昼夜节律在消化系统疾病中的作用作一概述。Circadian rhythm, which is internally generated by cell autonomous biological clocks, has been greatly concerned in recent years. This circadian system in mammals is composed of a master pacemaker in the suprachiasmatic nucleus (SCN) of the hypothalamus and slave clocks in most peripheral cell types. The feedback loops of the circadian system, which is composed of the clock genes and their coding proteins, can maintain the continuous oscillation system and synchronize with the cycle of environment, and enable the body to achieve optimal utilization and renewable energy. Actually, almost all the human physiological activity follow the circadian rhythm. However, the change of modern life- style has disrupted the circadian rhythm. And the dysfunction of circadian rhythm has been thought to be caused by many clinical symptoms that include sleep disorders, metabolism syndrome, infection, peptic ulcer, inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, gastrointestinal diseases, and even an important promoting factor in cancdr. In this paper, the role of circadian rhythm in the digestive system diseases was summarized as follows.
