摘 要:随着对致密低渗油气藏开发力度的增大,压裂作为致密低渗油气藏的主要增产、增注的重要手段,愈来愈受到人们的关注。该研究参照中华人民共和国石油天然气行业标准SY/T 5107-2005《水基压裂液性能评价方法》对一种新型压裂液增稠剂的耐温耐剪切性能、耐盐性、破胶性能等性能进行评价,实验结果显示,该压裂液增稠剂在100℃,170 s-1下恒温剪切90 min黏度大于50 m Pa·s,破胶液中无残渣,80℃下破胶液的表面张力为25.87m N/m等优点,现场施工8次,取得了日均提高产油量的良好效果,并具有良好的耐温耐剪切,携砂性能良好;破胶彻底、破胶液的表\界面张力低、伤害小,对于低渗透油气藏的压裂开采具有广泛的应用参考价值。With the development of low permeability reservoirs,the fracturing is becoming an important increase production means. Based on the China Oil and Gas Industry Standard SY / T 5107- 2005'Water- based fracturing fluid performance evaluation methods ',the temperature resistance,resistant to shear properties,salt tolerance,and gel breaking properties of a new fracturing fluid thickener were evaluated. Experimental results showed that the viscosity of fracturing fluid thickener is more than 50 mP a. s after shearing continuously 90 minutes at100℃ and 170 s- 1,and zero residue and the surface tension of the break gel fluid under 80 ℃ is 25. 87 mN / m,etc. The thickener was successfully used in 8 wells and the good increase production effect was obtained. Field application results showed that the fracturing fluid thickener had good temperature resistance performance and sand- carrying capability,low surface tension and interfacial tension,low damage to reservoir. It has wide application value in the low permeability reservoir fracturing.
