摘 要:介绍了多功能光纤激光加工系统的集成与调试方法,解决了系统调试和使用过程中的关键问题。利用该系统对厚度为2mm的304不锈钢板进行切割的工艺实验研究,对不同工艺参数下的切割质量进行了对比,找出影响切缝质量的主要因素和最佳参数,并探讨了切缝截面粗糙度与激光切割功率、切割速度的关系。同时,利用该系统对厚度为1.5mm的304不锈钢板进行焊接的实验研究,以激光功率、焊接速度、离焦量作为变量因素,通过正交实验,找到最佳的焊接参数。这些切割与焊接参数的寻找,为下一步建立不同材料、不同厚度的切割与焊接参数的工艺数据库打下了基础。This paper mainly introduced the multifunctional fiber laser processing system integration and debugging method, and some key problems in the process of the system debugging and application were solved. In addition,experiments of cutting 304 stainless steel plate with2mm thickness have been donewith this system. And, the cutting quality under different process parameters were compared, the main factors affecting the kerf quality and the best parameters were found out.The relationship betweencutting roughness andlaser cutting power, cutting speed were researched. At the same time,weldingexperiments of 304 stainless steel plate with 1.5mm thickness have been done under differentlaser power, welding speed and defocusing amount. The best welding parameter has been found out. The process of searching cutting and welding parameters is to lay a foundation of establishing the best parameter-database for different material in the next step.
