点阵铒激光治疗面部汗管瘤的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察Pixel 2940nm点阵铒激光（像素激光）治疗面部汗管瘤的疗效。方法：临床选取门诊确诊为面部汗管瘤的患者66例,采用Pixel 2940nm激光,选择7×7的治疗头,长脉宽1 000~1 400mJ/P,定点发射激光4~6次治疗汗管瘤。未完全消失皮损间隔1个月可再次治疗。结果：术后随访1~6个月,单次治疗治愈率86.36%,总有效率96.97%。无不良反应发生。结论：点阵铒激光（像束激光）治疗睑黄瘤疗效确切,效果满意。Objective： To observe and study the effects and the method in therapy with Pixel 2 940 nm Er ： YAG Laser on treatment of facial syringoma. Methods： The 7 × 7 tip of the Pixel 2 940 nm Er ： YAG laser was used to treat the 66 patients with facial syringoma. We chose long pulse width and the energy was 1 000~1 400 mJ/p to treat the lesion 4~6 times at the same point. Those remaining le- sion were treated with 1 month interval. Results： After 1 -6 months follow-up, the cure rate of the single treatment was 86.36 %, the total effective rate was 96.97%, and no complication occurred. Conclusion： Satisfactory effects are archived and this therapy has been an simple, safe, reliable treatment of facial syringoma with the Pixel 2 940 nm Er： AG laser.
