摘　　要：目的分析脊髓亚急性联合变性(SCD)的脊髓MRI影像特征,探讨MRI对SCD的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析临床诊断为SCD患者的临床和脊髓MRI,并复习相关文献进行分析。结果 10例SCD患者MRI均显示颈髓和(或)胸髓后索和侧索T2WI高信号,横轴位呈"八字"征、"圆点"征、"三角"征、"双目望远镜"征以及"小字"征。结论MRI提示脊髓后索和侧索选择性受累是SCD的特征性表现,具有重要诊断价值。Aim To analyze the MRI features of subacute combined degeneration of spinal cord so as to explore the MRI diagnostic value. Methods Clinical and MRI data were retrospectively analyzed in 10 cases of clinically diagnosed subacute combined degeneration of the spinal cord, and the related literature was reviewed. Results Sagittal T2-weighted MR images showed the T2-hyperintensity in the dorsal aspect of cervical and/or thoracic spinal cord and appearing as Chinese character“八（eight）”or“inverted V”,“dot”,“triangle”, as well as paired T2-hyperintensity resembling＂binoculars＂and the Chinese character“小（small）”on axial images. Conclusion Selective involvement in the lateral and posterior columns is the MRI characteristic of subacute combined degeneration of spinal cord, and has an important diagnostic value.
