肌营养不良蛋白聚糖的研究现状

摘　　要：肌营养不良蛋白聚糖是一种跨膜糖蛋白,广泛表达于各种组织的基底膜和细胞膜交界面。肌营养不良蛋白聚糖基因在骨骼肌等多种类型的细胞中表达,虽然肌营养不良蛋白聚糖基因突变本身未发现与疾病有关。但是,肌营养不良蛋白聚糖翻译后加工(主要是糖基化)水平的改变会导致肿瘤等疾病。文中对肌营养不良蛋白聚糖的结构和作用、肌营养不良蛋白聚糖与疾病的关系、肌营养不良蛋白聚糖的研究进展进行综述。Dystroglycan is a transmembrane glycoprotein, widely expressed in various tissues of the basement membrane and cell membrane interface. Dystroglycan can be expressed in skeletal muscle cells and other types. The dystroglycan gene mutation was not found with diseases, however, the level of processing malnutrition proteoglycan post-translational muscle change, mainly glycosylation, will lead to diseases such as cancer. The structure and function of dystroglycan, the relationship of dystroglycan and disease and the research progress of dystroglycan were reviewed in this paper.
