摘　　要：回顾、总结系列遗产"土司遗址"保护管理规划编制、实施的全过程,对规划的主要挑战、系列遗产保护管理规划技术特点和规划的实施情况进行介绍,并重点阐释了世界遗产管理规划编制、实施全过程中各利益相关方与规划编制技术单位通力合作、广泛参与、互为支撑的规划工作方法。This paper reviews and summarises the whole process of compiling and implementing the Conservation and Management Plans for the component parts of the serial property,analyse the main challenges of planning,the key technical issues of preparing the plans,as well as the implementation circumstances,with an emphasis on the cooperative approach throughout the whole process of compiling and implementing the Management Plan of World Heritage Site between different stakeholders and the professional institute who compiled the plans.
