视网膜光凝联合Ⅱ期带虹膜隔人工晶状体植入术治疗无虹膜无晶状体眼疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨眼外伤后无晶状体、无虹膜或虹膜大部分缺损患者的有效安全治疗方法.方法 对2005年1月至2009年12月在台州市眼科医院采用视网膜光凝联合Ⅱ期带虹膜隔人工晶状体植入术治疗20只眼无晶状体、无虹膜或虹膜大部缺损的患者.结果 全部病例带虹膜膈人工晶状体植入成功.术后随访6～12个月,视力均有明显提高,畏光症状减轻或消失,术后观察6～12个月无一例发生视网膜脱离.结论 视网膜光凝联合Ⅱ期带虹膜隔人工晶状体植入术为治疗外伤性无虹膜无晶状体眼提供了安全有效地方法.Objective To investigate the safe and effective treatment for patients with traumatic aphakia,aniridia or iridocoloboma.Methods Twenty eyes with traumatic aphakia,aniridia or iridocoloboma were treated with retinal photocoagulation combined with iris diaphragm intraocular lens implantation.Results All the iris diaphragm intraocular lens were successfully implanted,during 6 months follow-up,all the patients＇ visual acuity were improved,photophobia were reduced or disappeared,and no retinal detachment occurred.Conclusions Retinal photocoagulation combined with iris diaphragm intraocular lens implantation is effective and safe for aphakia with traumatic aniridia.
