摘　　要：利用超硬涂层进行材料防护是提高材料性能的一种经济、实用性途径,也是提高模具寿命的重要手段。按金属氮化物和碳化物耐磨硬质涂层材料的不同,综述了耐磨涂层的研究进展,介绍了其制备方法,展望了防护涂层的发展趋势。Using superhard films to protect materials is an economical and practical way to enhance the materials performance and an important means to improve the die life. The application and progress on the different wear-resis-tant hard films of metallic nitrides and carbides are introduced, and the development trends of them are forecasted.
