摘  要:试验观测了南极地区VLF信号在1991-02-25特大太阳耀斑爆发时及随后几天的相位变化情况.根据观测结果,结合相应的拟合公式,对电离层的降低高度、太阳耀斑的级别、粒子沉降时间及太阳风速度进行推算.与NGDC发布的卫星观测数据对比分析表明,二者吻合较好.由此证明,仅通过观测VLF信号的相位,就可来预测太阳耀斑和粒子沉降事件发生的时间和级别.The phase changes of VLF signal in Antarctic during extra-large solar flare on February 25,1991 and a few days later have been observed.According to the observation results,combing with the corresponding fitting formula,this article has calculated the reduced height,the level of solar flare,the time of particle sedimentation occurred and the speed of the solar wind.The analysis indicates that calculation results are in good agreement with satellite observation data issued by NGDC.It is evident that only by observing the phase of VLF signal can be used to predict the time and level of solar flare and particle precipitation event.
