摘 要:抗菌肽(antimicrobial peptides,AMPs)是机体天然免疫的重要组成部分.内源性抗菌肽cathelicidins为存在于哺乳动物中的一类抗菌肽,而LL-37是目前发现的唯一一类存在于人体的cathelicidins家族抗菌肽,也在抗炎、抗肿瘤及组织修复等方面发挥着重要的调控作用.越来越多的研究表明LL-37与多种消化系疾病有关,其在消化系疾病诊断和治疗中的应用也日益受到关注.本文就LL-37的结构、生物学活性、与消化系疾病的关系及研究进展作一综述.Host defense antimicrobial peptides are key components of the human innate immunity that plays an indispensable role in human health. Cathelicidins are a family of antimicrobial peptides in mammals. LL-37, the only cathelicidin described so far in humans, plays a critical role in host defense against pathogen invasion, as well as regulating the functions of anti-inflammation, anti-tumorigenesis and tissue repair. Emerging evidence suggests that LL-37 is related to several kinds of gastrointestinal diseases, and its application to the diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal diseases has become a growing concern. This review aims to elucidate the structure and biological activity of LL-37 and discuss the recent progress in understanding the relationship between LL-37 and gastrointestinal diseases.
