摘　　要：概述了原料乳细菌总数快速检测方法的研究现状及最新研究进展,对电导微生物技术、PCR技术、ATP生物发光技术、流式细胞技术、直接表面荧光过滤技术、酶联免疫法、生物传感器法、智能化图像识别技术进行了归纳,并对国内的研究方向进行了展望。The current research status and the latest research progress on rapid detection of total quantity of bacteria in Raw Milk were reviewed.The methods of rapid detection for total quantity of bacteria included conductance microbiology technique,PCR,ATP bioluminescence technique,flow cytometry,direct epifluorescent fiIter technique,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay、biosensor method, intelligent image recognition technique. Finally, the domestic development direction of correlated research work was also prospected.
