摘　　要：目的评价肝动脉热灌注化疗联合TACE治疗结直肠癌肝转移的临床效果和安全性。方法70例结直肠癌肝转移患者随机分为治疗组（n=35）和对照组（n=35）,治疗组采取肝动脉热灌注化疗联合TACE,对照组常温动脉化疗联合TACE,两次治疗间隔1月,3个周期后评价临床疗效、生活质量和不良反应。结果治疗组和对照组有效率分别为65.7%（23/35）和40.0%（14/35）,差异有统计学意义（x2=5.64,P〈0.05）,治疗组的生活质量也明显改善（x2=5.41,P〈0.05）。不良反应比较两组差异无统计学意义。结论肝动脉热灌注化疗联合TACE治疗结直肠癌肝转移具有较好的临床效果,可以提高患者生活质量。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of transcatheter hepatic arterial thermo_chemotherapy combined with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization （ TACE ） for the treatment of hepatic metastases from colorectal carcinoma. Methods Totally 70 cases of hepatic metastases from colorectal carci_noma were randomly divided into treatment group（n=35） and control group（n=35）. The patients in treat_ment group were treated with transcatheter hepatic arterial thermochemotherapy combined with TACE,while the patients in the control group with conventional（ normal temperature） transcatheter hepatic arterial chemo_therapy combined with TACE. The treatment was repeated every month. The clinical effect, tosicity and quality of life were analyzed after three months. Results Treatment effect is 65. 7% （23/35） in treatment group and 40. 0%（14/35） in control group,the difference between two groups was statistically significant（x2=5. 64,P〈0. 05）. The quality of life was improved in treatment group than that of control group（x2=5. 41, P〈0. 05）. The side effects were found in two groups without significant difference. Conclusion Transcatheter hepatic arterial thermochemotherapy combined with TACE for the treatment of hepatic metastases from color_ectal carcinoma can increase the clinical effect and improve the quality of life.
