摘　　要：建立了一种顶空气相色谱法检测红霉素发酵液中正丙醇残量。该方法准确度高,在2×10-5~1.2×10-3范围内有良好线性,相关系数r为0.999 8,定量限为2×10-5,检测限为1×10-5,该方法能够指导发酵生产中丙醇的添加量,提升发酵生产水平。Headspace GC method was established for the determination of propanol in erythromycin fermentation liquid,the method is stable and accurate,the liner range is 2 ×10-5 ~ 1.2 ×10-3, r = 0.999 5, the limit of quantification is 2 × 10-5, and the detection limit is 1 × 10-5. It can be used to guide the addition of pmpanol in erythromycin fermentation liquid, thereby improving the level of fermentation production.
