艾迪注射液联合GP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察艾迪注射液联合GP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将48例住院患者按病志号抽签法简单随机分为两组。对照组24例GP方案:200mg/m2GEM1+100m L生理盐水,30min/次,静滴;250m L生理盐水+5mg地塞米松,快速静滴,d1,d8;25mg/m2DDP+250m L生理盐水,静滴。治疗组24例60m L艾迪注射液+250m L5%葡萄糖注射液,静滴,1次/d;GP方案治疗同对照组。连续治疗21d为1疗程。观测临床症状、瘤体大小、生存质量、KPS评分、不良反应。[结果]KPS生存质量治疗组提高13例,稳定9例,降低2例,总有效率91.67%。对照组提高9例,稳定6例,降低9例,总有效率62.50%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。体重变化疗效治疗组显效18例,有效2例,无效4例,总有效率83.33%。对照组显效6例,有效7例,无效11例,总有效率54.17%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]艾迪注射液联合GP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌效果显著,值得推广。[Objective] To observe Aidi injection combined with GP regimen in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer. [Methods]Using random parallel control method, 48 cases of hospitalized patients by disease Zhi No. ballot method is simple and randomized into two groups. The control group 24 cases of GP programs： 200 mg / m2GEM1 ＋ 100 m L saline, 30 min / times, intravenous; 250 m L saline ＋ 5mg dexamethasone, rapid infusion, d1, d8; 25 mg / m2 DDP ＋ 250 m L saline infusion. Treatment group 24 cases 60 m L Aidi injection ＋ 250 m L 5% glucose injection, intravenous infusion, 1 / d; chemotherapy treatment with the control group. 21 d is a continuous course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, tumor size, quality of life, KPS score, adverse reactions. [Results] KPS improve the quality of life of the treatment group 13 cases, 9 cases of stable, lower two cases, the total efficiency of 91.67%. Improve the nine cases in the control group, steady six cases, reduce nine cases, the total efficiency of 62.50%. Treatment group than the control group（P 〈0.05）.Treatment group 18 cases, 2 cases, 4 cases, the total efficiency of 83.33%. A control group that were 6 cases, effective in 7 cases, 11 cases, the total efficiency of 54.17%. Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Aidi injection combined with GP regimen in advanced non-small cell lung cancer effect is remarkable, worthy of promotion.
