摘　　要：儿童抽动-秽语综合征多因脏腑阴阳失调所致。治疗时按虚则补之,实则泻之原则,据症、据证用药,注意用药时宜及药物归经,配合针灸及生活调理,临床疗效显著。Tourette syndrome in children is mostly caused by imbalance of Yin and Yang organs. Treating this disease is according to the principle of reinforcing insufficiency and reducing excessiveness. Traditional Chinese Medicine is used on the basis of symptoms and signs, and Channel Distribution of Traditional Chinese Medicine must be taken into consideration. At the same time, acupuncture and dietetic regulation are used as adjunct therapy. All this create obvious clinical efficacy.
