大学生成就目标、归因方式与心理健康的相关研究

摘　　要：成就目标和归因方式是近来心理学领域研究的热点问题,本研究以三亚、成都和杭州三个不同城市的三所大学共240名大学生为样本进行无记名问卷调查,以探究成就目标、归因方式与大学生心理健康的关系,希望对影响大学生心理健康的个人因素有更多了解。Achievement goal and attribution style are the hot topics of psychological research in recent years. The survey indicates that among these factors, the majority of college students are target - oriented and this group of students score above average in mental health; and the attribution - style oriented college students are overall stable in internal attribution in positive events, but partial and unstable external attribution in negative events. In addition, the college students with goal - oriented are more stable in attribution style and scores higher in mental health scores.
