基于“园-企-校”合作下高职院校就业服务体系的研究

摘　　要：大学生就业问题越来越成为社会关注热点,当前,大学生"找工作难"和企业"招工难"现象并存,占高等教育半壁江山的高职教育同样面临着毕业生"就业难、难就业"问题。笔者从当前高职院校的就业服务工作问题出发,结合临江学院实际,基于"园-企-校"合作平台,分析高职院校就业工作的宏观环境,并结合工作实际提出了改进高职院校就业服务体系建设的对策与建议,解决毕业生就业难与就业市场劳动力急需的矛盾,从而实现规模、质量及效益的同步上升。employment is the people＇s livelihood,employment of college students has been highly concerned by the society and school. From ＂the most difficult employment season＂,now ＂more difficult employment season＂ , the problem of employment of university students has become a hot issue of people. Therefore, ＂how to make students better employment＂ has become an important issue. This article from the employment service work problems in current higher vocational colleges as the starting point, ＂Park school enterprise cooperation＂ based on the platform,analyzing the macro environment of employment in higher vocational colleges,combined with actual work,put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the construction of employment service system in Higher Vocational colleges.
