摘　　要：IPTV是互联网、广播电视网、通信网融合的一项全新产物,它集视频、语音、数据为一体的业务。IPTV业务可分为两大类即基本业务和增值业务。基本业务主要是在传统的电视业务基础上增加了时移视频业务功能,它是IPTV发展初期的主要业务和运营收入,同时也是运营商吸引用户扩大规模的热点,是提高用户对IPTV的认知度和扩大用户规模的基础。而增值业务则种类十分丰富,是IPTV未来业务的重要组成部分、主要发展方向和重心。重点突出亮点是双向互动业务,既达到了用户的参与性又满足了用户的需求。增值业务是IPTV未来发展的主要业务的增值点和业务收入多元化的增长点。IPTV is an item of brand-new product which the Internet, the broadcast television network, the communications network fuse, its collection video frequency, the pronunciation, the data are a body service.The IPTV service may divide into two big kind of namely basic services and the increment service.The basic service mainly is increased when the traditional television service foundation moves the video frequency service function, it is the IPTV development initial period primary service and the operation income, simultaneously also is the operation business attraction user expansion scale hot spot, is enhances the user to the IPTV cognition and the expanded user scale foundation.But rises in value the service then the type is extremely rich, will be IPTV future the service important constituent, the main development direction and the center of gravity.The key prominent luminescent spot is the bidirectional interaction service, namelyhad achieved user＆#39;s participation has met user＆#39;s need.The increment service is the primary service point of increase and the service income multiplication point of growth which IPTV will future develop.
