运动针刺后顶穴治疗颈性眩晕的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：观察运动针刺后顶穴治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法采用随机对照设计方法，以患者进入研究的时间先后顺序为编号进行分组，每组纳入71例，两组共142例。结果71例治疗组经过两周运动针刺后顶穴治疗并三个月随访后，痊愈48例，显效20例，好转3例，无效0例。显效率95.77%；对照组经过两周普通针刺治疗并随访三个月后，痊愈12例，显效43例，好转16例，无效0例，显效率77.46%。结论运动针刺后顶穴治疗颈性眩晕具有良好的临床疗效。objective： to observe the movement of the top hole after acupuncture clinical curative effect for the treatment of cervical vertigo. Methods：using randomized controlled design method, to patients into the study of time sequence for number group, each group included 71 pa-tients, a total of 142 cases of the two groups. Results：71 cases of treatment group after two weeks of the top hole after acupuncture treatment and after three months of follow- up, 48 cases cured, 20 cases were markedly effective, better in 3, 0 had no effect. Show the efficiency of 95.77%;The control group after two weeks of normal acupuncture treatment and follow- up three months later, 12 cases were cured, 43 cases were markedly effective, improvement in 16 cases, 0 no effect, the efficiency is 77.46%. Conclusion： sports top hole after acupuncture treatment of cervical vertigo with good clinical efficacy.
