摘　　要：产业技术创新联盟前景知识产权具有较强的公共产权特征,其收益分配问题是影响联盟持续、健康发展的关键要素之一。因此该文在分析产业技术创新联盟前景知识产权收益分配的各种依据的基础上,提出了一个包含风险因素及技术创新过程中动态因素的前景知识产权收益分配模型,综合考虑了联盟成员投入额度、贡献水平、谈判能力以及风险等因素,得出了更为公允的收益分配值,为产业技术创新联盟前景知识产权管理实践提供了理论依据。Industrial Technology Innovation Alliance has strong prospects for intellectual property public property characteristics,its income distribution problem is affecting the league sustained and healthy development of one of the key elements.So Based on the analysis of industrial technology innovation alliance prospects intellectual property income distribution is based on a variety of proposed risk factors and the prospect of a dynamic process of technological innovation factors include intellectual property income distribution model,considering the amount invested alliance members,and other contribution levels,negotiation skills and risk factors,come to a more fair distribution of income value,the prospects for industrial Technology Innovation Alliance intellectual property management practices provide a theoretical basis.
