高校外语教师教学培训的后续实践策略  

Practical Strategies for University Foreign Language Teachers after Teaching Training

摘　　要：针对高等院校外语教师的各类教学培训日益得以重视，其培训目的在于提高教师专业技能、促进教师专业发展与外语教育事业发展，但在培训的后续实践方面存在着不可忽视的问题。文章探讨了促进外语教师有效地将培训所学应用到教学实践当中的方法策略并阐述了其积极意义。Various teaching training for university foreign language teachers has been attached great importance to in the aim at improving the professional teaching skills and promoting the development of teaching profession and foreign language education. However, there are some unavoidable problems in the practice after training. Strategies used by foreign language teachers for a better application of new teaching theories into practice are probed, and their positive meanings are expounded.
