摘 要:目的研究年轻恒牙和成人恒牙树脂粘接修复时最佳的酸蚀时间。方法年轻恒牙与成人恒牙标本各33颗,各随机取3颗将牙齿颊面分成近中、中央、远中3部分,3个部分随机酸蚀15 s、30 s、60 s,酸蚀后在扫描电镜下观察酸蚀后的牙釉质表面形态。剩余各30颗随机分为15 s组(酸蚀15 s)、30 s组(酸蚀30 s)、60 s组(酸蚀60 s),制作树脂-牙釉质粘接试件,测试其拉伸断裂时最大载荷力。结果酸蚀时间越长,釉质表面脱矿越严重;相同酸蚀时间下,年轻恒牙比成人恒牙釉质脱矿严重。年轻恒牙15 s组、30 s组、60 s组的拉伸断裂强度分别为(13.692±2.526)MPa、(11.265±1.952)MPa、(11.057±2.237)MPa,15 s组的拉伸断裂强度高于其他两组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。成人恒牙15 s组、30 s组、60 s组的拉伸断裂强度分别为(11.128±2.418)MPa、(14.361±3.568)MPa、(11.224±2.370)MPa,30 s组的拉伸断裂强度高于其他两组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论年轻恒牙的最佳酸蚀时间为15 s,成人恒牙的的最佳酸蚀时间为30 s。Objective Research on the best etching time for enamel resin-bonding in young permanent teeth and adult permanent teeth. Methods Each thirty-three young permanent and adult permanent teeth were selected. Three samples were randomly selected from young permanent and adult permanent teeth. and the buccal surface of each sample was divided into mesial,central and distal. Each part was observed by SEM after etched 15 s,30 s or 60 s randomly. The remaining 30 samples were divided into 15 s group( etching 15 s),30 s group( etching 30 s),60 s group( etching 60 s). The samples were made into resin-enamel specimens to test the maximum load when the specimens breaking. Results The longer the etching time,the enamel surface decalcificate more serious; under the same etching time,young permanent teeth enamel demineralization was more serious than adults permanent. For young permanent teeth,the tensile strength at break of 15 s group,30 s group,60 s group were( 13. 692 ± 2. 526) MPa,( 11. 265 ± 1. 952) MPa,( 11.057 ±2. 237) MPa,the tensile strength at break of 15 s group was higher than the other two groups,the difference was statistically significant( P 〈 0. 05). For adult permanent teeth,the tensile strength at break of 15 s group,30 s group,60 s group were( 11. 128 ± 2. 418) MPa,( 14. 361 ± 3. 568) MPa,( 11. 224 ± 2. 370) MPa; the tensile strength at break of 30 s group was higher than the other two groups. the difference was statistically significant( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion The best etching time for young permanent is 15 s,and the best for adult permanent is 30 s.
