摘  要:目的观察不同浓度氟对纯钛铸件耐腐蚀性能的影响。方法用动电位极化技术测试纯钛铸件在氟离子质量浓度为0 mg/L(0 mg/L组)、200 mg/L(200 mg/L组)和1 000 mg/L(1 000 mg/L组)人工唾液中的自腐蚀电流密度和自腐蚀电位,扫描电镜观察各组试件表面形貌。结果纯钛铸件在氟离子为0、200和1 000 mg/L人工唾液中的自腐蚀电流密度分别为(1.55±0.14)uA/cm2、(1.86±0.21)uA/cm2和(3.10±0.25)uA/cm2,自腐蚀电位分别为(-0.93±0.10)V、(-0.83±0.06)V和(-0.50±0.08)V。氟离子质量浓度越高,纯钛铸件的自腐蚀电流密度及自腐蚀电位越大(P<0.05)。扫描电镜下观察,随氟离子质量浓度的增加,纯钛铸件的表面腐蚀形貌加重。结论随氟离子质量浓度的增高,纯钛铸件的耐蚀性下降,口内戴钛修复体者应慎用含氟的防龋制品。Objective To study the effect of difierent fluoride concentrations on the corrosion resistance of casted titanium. Methods Potentiodynamic polarization technique was used to measured the current density of corrosion( Icorr) and the electric potential of corrosion( Ecorr) of casted titanium in the artificial saliva with different fluoride concentrations. After electrochemical experiment,the microstructure was observed by scanning electron microscope( SEM). Results The Icorrs of three groups were( 1. 55 ± 0. 14),( 1. 86 ± 0. 21) and( 3. 10 ± 0. 25) μA /cm2respectively. The Ecorrs were(- 0. 93 ± 0. 10),(- 0. 83 ± 0. 06),(- 0. 50 ± 0. 08) V respectively. The Icorrs and Ecorrs increased significantly with the increasing fluoride concentration( P 〈 0. 05). The SEM confirmed the microstructure were more and more heavily influenzed by the increasing fluoride concentration. Conclusion The corrosion resistance of casted titanium were decreased significantly with the increasing of fluoride concentrations.
