喉罩自主通气七氟烷麻醉在上睑下垂手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨喉罩自主通气吸入七氟烷全麻在上睑下垂手术中的效果及安全性。方法 50例上睑下垂矫正术患者采用喉罩自主通气,七氟烷吸入麻醉术中保留自主呼吸,记录术中呼吸抑制及返流误吸发生率。结果均顺利完成手术,无1例出现术中体动,4例出现一过性呼吸抑制,经辅助呼吸后好转。结论喉罩自主通气七氟烷吸入麻醉能很好地满足手术需求,呼吸道安全可控,术后清醒迅速,不良反应小,是该手术较理想的麻醉方法。Objective To investigate the effect of Sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia with laryngeal mask spontaneous ventilation in ptosis surgery.Methods 50 patients were performed ptosis surgery in our hospital using laryngeal mask of spontaneous ventilation for Sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia.Result All were successfully done except for 4 transient respiratory depression but no movement.The 4 patients were improved by assisted respiration.Conclusion Sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia with laryngeal mask of spontaneous ventilation is an ideal anesthetic method that can meet the operation requirements,with controlled safety of respiratory tract,quick post-operative awake and low adverse reactions.
