摘  要:目的观察角膜基质层注射氟康唑注射液治疗真菌性角膜炎的临床效果。方法将诊断为真菌性角膜炎的70眼随机分为对照组和实验组,每组35眼。对照组:碘酊烧灼角膜溃疡后用重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子眼胶及氟康唑眼膏包眼。实验组:角膜基质层注射氟康唑注射液于角膜溃疡后用重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子眼胶及氟康唑眼膏包眼。观察和对比碘酊烧灼和角膜基质层注射氟康唑注射液治疗真菌性角膜炎的临床可行性。结果实验组所有溃疡愈合,病程缩短,效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后视力平均值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论角膜基质层注射氟康唑注射液治疗真菌性角膜炎可以明显提高治愈率,是一种高效、安全的治疗方法。Objective To observe clinical effect of the stromal layer of fluconazole injection of fungal keratitis. Methods 70 eyes diagnosed as fungal keratitis were randomly divided to two groups with 35 eyes in each.The treatment group was firstly treated helcoma with stomal layer of fluconazole injection,then treated with fluconazole eye ointment and recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel enveloping eyes.The control group was firstly treated helcoma with iodine cautery and then used fluconazole eye ointment and recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel enveloping eyes.The clinical feasibility of iodine cautery and the stromal layer of fluconazole injection in the treatment of fungal keratitis were observed and compared.Results Thirty-five eyes in the treatment group used the stromal layer of fluconazole injection,all helcoma healed up.The course was shorten and the effect was better than the control group (P〈0.05 ).The average visual acuity of two groups before and after treatment was statistical different (P〈0.05).Conclusion Corneal stromal layer injection in the treatment of fungal keratitis can enhance the curative rate obviously.It is an effective and safe therapeutic method.
