高产高含油量甘蓝型油菜双低杂交种‘向农08’的选育

摘　　要：‘向农08'是通过三系杂交方法和小孢子培养技术选育而成的高产、高含油量甘蓝型油菜新品种,其芥酸含量0.59%,硫苷含量19.9μmol/g,种子含油率49.06%。在上海市油菜区域试验中平均产量2 836.80 kg/hm^2,较对照‘沪油21'增产9.86%;产油量1 314.15 kg/hm^2,比对照‘沪油21'增产9.68%。在2013年上海市油菜生产试验中,平均产量2 508.40 kg/hm^2,比对照‘沪油21'减产3.45%;产油量1 170.15 kg/hm^2,比对照‘沪油21'减产6.85%。The new rape variety ＇Xiangnong 08＇ with high yield,high oil content and double low[erucic acid and glucosinolate]was successfully bred through matching of three lines and microspore culture technology.The erucic acid,glucosinolate,seed oil content were 0.59%,19.91 μmol/g,49.06%respectively.In the Shanghai regional test of rapeseed,the average seed and oil yields of ＇Xiangnong08＇ were 2 836.80 kg/hm2 and 1 314.15 kg/hm2 respectively increasing by 9.86%and 9.68%over the control variety ＇Huyou 21＇.And in the Shanghai production test of rapeseed,its average seed and oil yields were 2 508.40 kg/hm2 and 1 170.15 kg/hm2,being respectively 3.45%and 6.85%lower than those of the control variety ＇Huyou 21＇.
