摘 要:旋翼轴机加工后进行磁粉检测,发现沿轴向存在多条磁痕显示。采用磁粉检测、低倍组织检查、金相组织观察及电子探针微区成分分析等方法,对磁痕显示原因进行了分析。结果表明:磁痕显示部位对应的亮条区为粗大的针状马氏体+残余奥氏体组织,Cr、Mo、Mn、Ni含量均高于正常区,因此旋翼轴的磁痕显示为沿轴向分布的奥氏体,其产生原因为成分偏析导致的马氏体转变点Ms降低。After machine processing,the rotor shaft was tested by magnetic particle,founding that the presence of a number of magnetic marks indications along the axie. In order to study the property and the produced reason of the magnetic scar indications,analysising to the reason of the magnetic mark by using magnetic particle testing,low magnification inspection,microstructure observation and electron probe micro-composition analysis,etc. The results showed that the microstructrure in the light bar area which the part of magnetic marks indications corresponding to is massive acicular martersite and remained austenite,the Cr,Mo,Mn,Ni alloying element contents were higher than normal area. So the magnetic mark indications of the rotor shaft along the axial distribution is the austenite,it was caused by the Ms reduction because of segregation of elements.
