摘 要:建立了测定方便面调味料中己二酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(DEHA)和16种邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)类增塑剂的同位素稀释-气相色谱-质谱方法。方便面固体调味料样品(包括固体调味粉,脱水食物包)、调味酱包样品分别用乙腈和正己烷饱和的乙腈提取,提取液经SILICA/CARB柱净化后,采用同位素稀释的GC-MS法定性定量。DEHA和16种PAEs经内标校正后的线性R2≥0.9990,线性范围为0.02-1.0 mg/L,方法的定量限为0.1 mg/kg,内标相对回收率83.6%-119.1%,RSD≤10%。方法有效地解决了由于样品中含有色素和油脂而造成的GC-MS基质效应增强的问题。The isotope dilution-gas chromatography-mass spectrometric method for the determination of 16 phthalic acid esters plasticizer and bis( 2-ethylhexyl) adipate in instant noodle seasoning was developed. DEHA and 16 kinds of PAEs were extracted by acetonitrile and acetonitrile( saturated with hexane) in solid seasonings and sauce seasonings,and then cleaned up with a SILICA / CARB SPE column. The identification and quantification were performed by using isotope dilution-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The linear range of DEHA and 16 kinds of PAEs were 0. 02 - 1. 0 mg / L,and the correlation coefficients were greater more than0. 9990 by internal standard calibration. The limits of detection of 16 kinds of PAEs and DEHA were 0. 1 mg /kg. The average recoveries were from 83. 6 % to 119. 1 % with RSD less than 10%. The problem for GC-MS matrix enhancement,due to the sample solution containing pigment and oil has been solved effectively. The method is simple and quantitative accuracy.
