中医药学科发展建设的价值取向和战略选择

摘　　要：分析了中医药学科发展建设面临的困境和问题。阐述了当前中医药学科发展的价值取向,即正确对待学科建设的学术内涵;遵循中医药学术发展的内在逻辑,构筑"大中医"学科体系;围绕国家社会经济发展需求,加强优势学科建设;遵循学科的学术性、教育性、服务性;从规模扩张向内涵发展转型,进行学科内部调整等。提出中医药学科发展建设的战略选择主要为:明确学科发展定位,提升学科建设的整体水平;整合各种资源,实现学科建设的科学发展;弘扬大学精神,加强学科建设的精神动力等。This paper analyzed the difficulties and problems existing in the development and construction of the discipline of traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM）. It further describes the current value orientation of discipline development of TCM,i. e. correctly treating the academic cannotation; following the inherent logic of academic development of TCM,and building a ＂greater Chinese medicine＂discipline system; developing around the national social and economic development needs; strengthening the advantages of discipline construction; following the academic,education and service functions of the disciplines,and transformation from scale expansion to connotation development to carry out discipline interior modulation. The paper proposes that the strategic choice for the development of discipline construction of TCM should be determining the direction of discipline development,improving the overall level of the construction; integrating resources to realize the scientific development of the discipline construction; carrying forward the University spirit to enhace the strength of sipirt in the construction.
