康复期戒毒者阳性体征分布及其与中医证素相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:分析吸毒人员常见的体征分布及其与证素的相关性。方法:吸毒者诊断标准均符合国际疾病分类(ICD-10)阿片类药物依赖诊断标准和苯丙胺类药物依赖诊断标准,中医证素采用证素辨证方法采集。结果:最常见体征为,舌淡紫、苔淡黄、脉弦细、牙龈异常;舌淡紫、苔淡黄与病位证素无显著相关性(P>0.05),舌淡紫、苔淡黄与病性证素痰、血热之间有显著相关性(P<0.05);脉弦细与气滞、胆有显著相关性(P<0.05);牙龈异常与阳虚、脾显著相关性(P<0.05)。结论:吸毒人员最常见的阳性体征为舌淡紫、苔淡黄、脉弦细、牙龈异常,其与痰、气滞、阳虚、脾等证素关系密切。Objective：To analyze the distribution of common physical signs in drug addicts and its correlation with syndrome factors. Methods：The diagnostic criteria of drug addicts conformed to the diagnostic standard of the opioid dependence and the amphetamines dependence in international classification of diseases （ICD - 10）, and the Chinese medical pathological factors were collected by means of Syndrome Element Authentication. Results：The most common signs were pale purple tongue, faint yellow fur, string thin pulse and gingival abnormal. There was no significant correlation between pale purple tongue and faint yellow fur and the syndrome elements of disease location （ P 〉 0.05 ）. A significant correlation was found between tongue purple and moss yellow and syndrome elements of disease character including phlegm and blood heat （ P 〈 0.05 ）. String thin pulse and blood heat had a significant correlation with gallbladder （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was a significant correlation between string thin pulse and yang deficiency and spleen （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The most common signs in drug addicts were pale purple tongue, faint yellow fur, string thin pulse and gingival abnormal, which have close relationship with the symptom factors phlegm, qi stagnation, yang deficiency and spleen.
